I received my M.A. in Clinical and Transpersonal Psychology from John F. Kennedy Univ. in 1983 and have been in private practice ever since.

Over the years my interests led me to the study of group process culminating in becoming Program Director of SAGE (Senior Growth Experiences) and facilitating a training program for interns.  I was an Adjunct Faculty member at San Francisco State Univ, John F. Kennedy Univ., College of Marin and Santa Rosa Jr. College.

I have facilitated a variety of therapy groups over the years including Adult Children of Alcoholics, Coed and Woman’s therapy groups, Couples seminars and Procrastination groups.

My interest and practice in mindfulness led me to develop the Calm Mind, Calm Body Series, and my study of communication to the Skillful Relating Seminars. (see these listings under Services/Groups)

Numerous years working with leaders in the Couples Therapy field, most notably, Ellen Bader and Pete Pearson.

Many seminars in the areas of both Neuroscience and Mindfulness.
